Terms of service · version 28 October 2026. Read before purchasing or using a document pack.
The service
Landlord Reviews supplies general housing information and optional self-help document preparation. Contact: info@landlordreviews.co.uk; 2b Woodhouse Road, Sheffield, S12 2AZ. We are not a law firm, solicitor, regulated claims management provider or deposit scheme. No solicitor-client relationship is created.
Scope and eligibility
Paid packs currently support private tenants in England who live separately from their landlord. Other tenancy types and UK nations are signposted to appropriate advice. Eviction, court deadlines, homelessness risk, personal injury and compensation assessments need qualified advice and are outside the paid automated service.
Price and delivery
The advertised pack is £19.99 total, paid once. There is no subscription or success fee. Online payments are unavailable until the operator connects and enables checkout. A pack is unlocked only after payment is confirmed by the provider. It includes a complaint letter, evidence index, PDF, editable text and a ZIP of your uploaded evidence. You access it through your account.
AI and your responsibility
Where AI drafting is connected, an AI system may improve the wording of your factual letter. Otherwise the service uses a structured template and labels it accordingly. AI can make errors. Review every fact, amount, name and statement before using a draft. We do not check legal merits, evidence authenticity, court forms, notice validity or scheme deadlines.
You send and submit
We do not contact your landlord, submit a dispute or represent you. You send your own letter and follow your deposit scheme’s rules and deadlines. The pack is not an official TDS, DPS or mydeposits form. Those schemes offer free dispute resolution subject to eligibility and their rules. No outcome or refund of your deposit is guaranteed.
Digital cancellation rights
Before checkout, you must expressly request immediate digital supply and acknowledge that the usual 14-day cancellation right is lost once supply begins. This does not remove statutory rights if digital content is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied as agreed. Contact us promptly about any problem. If supply has not begun, contact us to discuss cancellation.
Support, complaints and refunds
Use the contact form with your order reference and select Order support or Complaint. Explain the problem and requested resolution. We review requests and may repair, replace or refund where appropriate or legally required. Refund decisions are not based on whether a landlord or adjudicator agrees with your complaint.
Your content and acceptable use
You must supply accurate information that you have the right to use. Do not submit unlawful content, threats, private third-party contact details or sensitive records unrelated to your tenancy. You retain rights in your uploaded evidence and grant permission to process it to provide the service.
Limits and consumer rights
We are responsible for supplying the described service with reasonable care and skill. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limit statutory consumer rights. Always seek qualified help for legal advice and urgent problems.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights that apply where you live. The terms version accepted at checkout is recorded with your order. Material changes apply to future purchases.
