LANDLORD REVIEWS

Your information deserves a clear explanation.

Privacy notice · version 28 October 2026. This notice covers this tenancy support website and its document preparation service.

Who to contact

The service operates under the trading name Landlord Reviews. Privacy enquiries can be sent to info@landlordreviews.co.uk or 2b Woodhouse Road, Sheffield, S12 2AZ.

Information we use

We use your signed-in account identifier and email, contact form details, tenancy case information, uploaded evidence, document drafts and order references. We do not receive your full payment card number. Do not upload bank details, identity documents, health records or unrelated third-party information.

Why we use it

We process information needed to supply your requested service, respond to enquiries, maintain financial records and protect the site from misuse. Depending on the activity, the basis is performance of a contract, legal obligation or legitimate interests in operating and securing the service. We ask for express agreement to publication of your review and immediate digital supply where relevant.

Service providers and AI

Hosting, authentication, database and file storage providers process information needed to operate the site. If payments are enabled, Stripe handles checkout. If AI drafting is connected, your letter facts are sent to OpenAI to improve wording; API response storage is disabled for those requests. If email notifications are connected, an email provider sends a reference-only notification to the operator. The service does not sell tenancy details or operate paid disrepair referrals.

Where information is processed

Service providers may process information outside the UK. Contact us for details of the providers, transfer safeguards and arrangements that apply to your account.

Keeping and deleting information

Draft cases remain available until you delete them or request deletion. Deleting an unpaid draft removes its uploaded evidence from active storage. Financial and support records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. Paid-case deletion and retention requests are reviewed through the privacy enquiry form. Backup deletion may follow the hosting provider’s lifecycle.

Your rights

You can export your case and order data from your dashboard. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to relevant processing. Some rights have legal exceptions. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies and security

This application uses essential authentication and service cookies to keep you signed in securely. It does not add advertising or analytics cookies. Server-side access controls restrict private case files to their owner and authorised operations. No claim of absolute security or UK-only storage is made.
