Rental problems can feel intimidating. Our aim is to make the first steps easier: accessible guidance, clear complaint letters and organised evidence. You decide what to send and where to seek advice.
Independent, and clear about our role
We are an independent information and document preparation service, not a law firm or a deposit protection scheme. We do not provide legal advice, representation, merits assessments or a promise of compensation. Paid packs currently support eligible private tenancies in England.
Honest experiences matter
Our review portal lets renters share first-hand experiences of letting businesses. Reviews are moderated before publication. We do not invent reviews, sell ratings or treat moderation as independent verification of every fact.
How we earn
Our optional tenancy document pack costs £19.99 in total as a one-off purchase. Free official guidance and free deposit-scheme dispute routes remain clearly signposted. We currently do not earn fees from housing-disrepair referrals or sell tenancy case details.
