LANDLORD REVIEWS

Useful reviews. Fair treatment.

An honest account can help the next renter. This policy explains what we publish and how concerns are handled.

What you can review

Share your first-hand experience of a letting business. Use its public trading name and town or city. We currently do not publish profiles of private individual landlords. Focus on relevant facts, communication, repairs, deposit handling and your overall experience.

What stays private

Do not include private individuals’ names, street addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, health information or identity documents. Do not post threats, discriminatory content, confidential records or unsupported accusations of criminal conduct.

Moderation before publication

New reviews are held as pending. An authorised moderator decides whether to publish, reject or keep a submission for further review. We do not automatically verify tenancy documents or independently establish every fact. We may remove content that breaches this policy.

Ratings and independence

A rating is the reviewer’s opinion. We do not sell favourable ratings, hide negative reviews for payment or manufacture reviews. No published reviews means no rating is available; we do not seed fictional testimonials.

Reports and business replies

Use the contact form and select Review report or right of reply. Include the review reference, the specific concern and relevant supporting context. We may contact the author and restrict publication while a serious concern is assessed. A business reply is added only after checking the requester’s authority to speak for that business.

Correcting your own review

Contact us from your account email with the review reference to request a correction or removal. We retain only records reasonably needed to investigate misuse, complaints or legal obligations.
